-Jersey (Top & Bottom) -Racing Shoes (spikes are good for this course) - Running clothes and shoes for Friday’s workout - Warm clothes (Jacket/sweat pants/tights) to wear when not running ( the temp in the morning can be cold!) - Either pack a lunch for Friday or bring $ - $ for Sat lunch & Dinner - Snacks for at the race Sat -WATER BOTTLE! -PARENT PERMISSION SLIP!
